Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a restaurant that I can remember.

Had a difficult time finding information regarding combos and the counter person had no patience and no help. Then charged me for seperate items anyway. While I was waiting for my coffee I was rudely asked What do you want. Later I realized that I had asked for a combo with a doughnut and didnt recieve it so went to check on it and the manager then came up to me and said Whats the problem here as If i was causing trouble. I'm the customer. Anyway I won't mention the hair on my plate because you'll think I'm exagerating but I will say I am looking forward to telling my friends and going to the other Tim Hortons in town that seem happy to be there and interested in serving customers. I like it very much

The service at this location almost invariably is slow and of poor quality. The drive thru takes forever and it is actually quicker to park, get out and go inside for your order. The staff is not well trained, courteous or very helpful. All and all, I only go there is its really out of my way to go to another one.
