to slow service..waitress not friendly

will never return to this red robin location, our server carmen was extremely rude, we seemed to be a pain for her to serve, she consistently had a sour look on her face which made for a very awful experience for my family and i. unfortunate

Go when its slow and you should be OK...service is only fair at those times and just plain bad during peak times.Great icy pints of canadian here.

service is so so, been there several times, my young kids enjoy going there. The menu is great but unfortunatley the food seems to sit under the warming lights for a while before it makes it to the table. The greasy hand prints and ketchup splashes on the walls and pictures doesn't make for the most appealing atmosphere. A few of the servers are very efficient and organized and earn their tip. Decor definatley needs updating.

It was so loud ... placing our order was difficult. Service was soooo slow, by the time the food arrived I was no longer hungry. Won't go back!

Fair-Good food, Poor-Fair service, Good value-for-money. Depending on time of day you will either be waited on fairly, or ignored at other times. Last two visits have prompted me to continue to not go back for over a year.
