Rude waitress who gave all in my party the wrong spiciness, didn't explain what one of the menu items was, got offended when not enough bread or rice was ordered, and didn't apologize for messing up the order. Very small portions for the price. Slow service, even though the place was almost empty. All in my party got sick. Never going back.

Me and my boyfriend get take out from this restaurant at least twice a week and it is the best we've ever had. The manager knows our order every time we call and is always very, very nice. We continue getting our take out from here because the food is consistently delicious and affordable. It's our favorite place by far. I recommend it to anyone!

Haven't tried a lot of their stuff but we get their samosa's all the time - they rock and are really cheap.

this place is gross the food is the worst indian food i have ever ate what a waste of money nothing was even slighly good i will never go back it looks old and dark the lady was rude i dont know how they stay open i think they use old meat there is no way its fresh its hard and dry all i can say is eww

I loved their buffet. They changed the items, added more variety. It was fantastic!

Since this food is of my culture, I can tell you that this restaurant is expensive, portions are less then given by other restaurants, and there are many other restaurants out there that are way better. I would never go back.

very good cheaper price go quicker than they say for takeout though or your food will get cold, cheaper veggie samosas at the cash register than on the menu.

Love the food here good variety, something for every palate. The cauliflower pakoras are a favourite! The decor is a bit odd, though... a cross between exotic Indian, and the Chalet restaurant that was there before.

This place is very good. The food is affordable and tasty. I don't live in the lower mainland, so I make a point of stopping at Shiva on the way back to the Okanagan to pick up samosas, which I later freeze. The samosas are a great deal and very delicious.

I thought this place was awesome... great food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere!

The buffet is definately a must for anyone who is unfamiliar with indian food and is wanting to try a little bit of everything... it was a very reasonable price and nothing was overly hot.. everything was prepared mild, with the choice of hot sauce on the side.. It is definately worth a try!

This was one of the best indian restaurants I have been to in a very long time.. The food was flavorful and the prices were managable.. I found the staff to be friendly and informative. One waitress in particular was very engaging and helpful with the menu items I was unfamiliar with. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good indian food and is looking for a fine dining experiance.
